Jewelry is created with care by hand. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase they can be returned for exchange only. We do not provide refunds on any merchandise. Any purchase wishing to be exchanged must be done so via the original point of purchase within 14 days of the purchase date.
Damaged pieces will be repaired as long as the piece is still under the 1 year manufacturer warranty. If the product requires repair due to negligence or the like, Rachel Marie Designs has the authority to determine whether or not to repair the piece and will kindly inform the client of the potential repair cost. Rachel Marie Designs also has the right to deny any unreasonable repairs or exchanges. When returning merchandise for exchange or repair, please be respectful to ship the piece(s) in a secure fashion.
